Located in Market Weighton with good access to community services and close to the seaside, Westfield Road helps people to access the community as much as possible, to take part in meaningful activities, and to reduce the risk of moving back into a hospital setting.
Our service offers 24/7 specialist care which is designed to provide just the right level of support; we encourage individuals to develop the skills that they need to live as independently as possible. Within the home we continually promote the development of social skills, independent living and personal responsibility.
Individuals get involved in daily duties such as cooking, doing laundry and cleaning. Many enjoy the social occasions arranged within the community such as: eating out, going shopping, going to music concerts, football, trips to theme parks, and much more.
