Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Opportunities exist for day or night shifts with hours roughly 7:30am–9:30pm or 9:15pm–7:45am, supporting residents with varied needs in their own homes within the community.
You will help with daily living tasks, encourage participation in activities, and work with experienced staff to implement care plans while maintaining records and safeguarding confidentiality.

Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team for either day or night shifts. Our shifts are between 7:30am to 9:30pm for days and 9:15pm to 7:45am for nights.
Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
