Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare in Bradford’s Clayton is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities. You’ll work full time—42 hours a week on 12‑hour day shifts, with alternate weekends on a two‑week rolling rota—delivering person‑centred care at Longfield House.

We value kindness, clear communication and teamwork. You’ll support daily living, monitor welfare needs and accompany service users into the community, with a DBS check required on appointment.

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Longfield.

Located in the friendly village of Clayton in the suburbs of Bradford, Longfield House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
