Job summary

Affinity Trust in Leicester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live their chosen lives. You’ll provide practical support, listen with compassion, and empower individuals to make their own choices.

Formal NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred or training will be provided. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.00 in October 2026, pro rata for part-time.

• Full UK manual driving licence essential for this vacancy.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required or training provided.
