Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Cannock. This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers a starting rate of £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.00 from 26 October 2026. You will receive full training and an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, plus support to help people live their best lives as they choose.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required. Sponsorship is not available. Benefits include health plan, pension, DBS check, and wellbeing support.
