Key Care & Support are seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist Sammy at the family home in Altrincham. You will lead a team delivering person-centred care to a 26-year-old man with complex needs, supporting routines, activities and choices while collaborating with family and professionals.
Applicants should have a UK driving licence with 12 months driving experience and a minimum of two years in similar roles. Flexibility for days and night shifts is essential.
We do not have sponsorships available. Flexibility and the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours a week is essential for this role. Hours of work Days (Apply online only) hrs and Nights (Apply online only) hrs flexibility required.

Sammy enjoys many activities, these include, swimming, karaoke, using swings and rocking chairs, jet washing the car, simple food preparation and baking, walks, visiting Barton Aerodrome, listening to music, visiting the Trafford centre, visiting museums and galleries and café's, walks on the beach and watching TV.
