Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting one gentleman with a learning disability and bipolar disorder to live his daily life. The person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best life possible with him.
8am - 8pm | 8am - 8am the next day (includes sleepover 8am-10am) | 8pm - 8am (Waking night)
Variable shifts each week with some weekend work required
