Job summary

CareTech Community Services Ltd seeks a dedicated Support Worker for our Ashford service, delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This role includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, with training provided from day one.

We offer full-time, permanent positions with a 37.5-hour week and a pay rate of £13.54 per hour plus £66.80 per sleep-in, along with extensive staff benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by employer).

The Role

You will:

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.

No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we'll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
