CareTech Community Services Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs at Bushwood.
You will work to individual plans, assist with daily living, promote independence, support activities and record keeping, with rota shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
This role offers training, DBS paid by CareTech, and career progression opportunities.
