CYGNET is seeking a confirmed Care & Support Worker for Gotts Park - Yorkshire Supported Living in Leeds. You will work full-time, 42 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends on a two-week rolling rota.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs.
• Safeguard.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
• Support service users to access the community, attend work, college, hobbies, activities, days out and holidays.
• Support service users to grow, develop and learn through engaging them in tasks such as cooking and cleaning.

The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association.We know how important it is for individuals to have the right support so they can live the life they want to live.We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge.
