Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Night Support Worker to join our Outwood residential service in Horsforth. You’ll work 42 hours weekly with 12-hour nights, including alternate weekends, delivering enhanced care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role involves safeguarding, community engagement, and helping residents grow through daily activities, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care.

We are looking for a confidentNight Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working full time42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), Nights only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Outwood.

The Outwood is a specialist residential service supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours of concern in Horsforth, Leeds.

The Outwood supports 10 individuals and offers spacious communal areas including a lounge, dining room, kitchen. Externally we have beautiful gardens to the rear of the building which feature plenty of space for outdoor games, BBQ and seating area.

Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
