Job summary

MCS Healthcare in Horley is hiring a compassionate Support Worker to assist clients in the community with medication administration, health observations, and general care. You will support people with complex needs and provide reassurance with dignity and empathy.

We offer excellent pay of £17.00 per hour, paid induction and ongoing training, plus recognition for your dedication. Shifts include day and night hours across a flexible system to fit your life.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of support worker experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Safeguarding Level 3.
• DBS registered on the Update Service.
• Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training.

Support Worker - Horley

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time | Part-time | Flexible Zero-Hour Contracts

The Role:

• Administering medication
• Monitoring health observations
• General healthcare support
• Managing complex needs
• Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way

Shifts:

• 12 hours Monday to Sunday days
• 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for compassionate and capable support Worker who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you've worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you'll feel right at home with us.

Role Requirements:

• At least 1 year of support worker experience
• A Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 3
• A DBS registered on the Update Service
• Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
