Job summary

MCS Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses for the Cotswolds region. You’ll be paid £38.00 per hour and have access to flexible full-time, part-time, or zero-hours contracts. Join a supportive team focused on high-quality, person‑centred care across community settings.

Must have active UK nursing registration, Safeguarding Level 3, and a DBS on Update Service. Expect induction, ongoing training, and regular shifts with rewarding clinical responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for compassionate and capable Registered Nurses who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you've worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you'll feel right at home with us. We value nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who can confidently support individuals with a range of health and support needs.

To be successful, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• A Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 3
• A DBS registered on the Update Service
• Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
• Shifts: 12 hours Monday to Sunday days
• 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights

What You'll Be Doing:

• Administering medication
• Monitoring health observations
• Managing complex needs
• Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way
