Job summary

MCS Healthcare in Farnham is seeking caring, experienced healthcare professionals for a live-in role. You’ll support clients at home, provide personal and health care, and work within a supportive team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

We offer excellent pay up to 1,000 per week, paid induction and sign-offs, ongoing training and staff recognition. This role follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off pattern and can be full-time, part-time or flexible zero-hour contracts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of care experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Safeguarding Level 3 training.
• A DBS registered on the Update Service.
• Valid Manual Handling training.
• Valid Basic Life Support training.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication in line with the care plan and training.
• Monitoring health observations and reporting concerns.
• Supporting people with complex care needs.
• Providing personal care and emotional support.
• Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for kind, reliable and experienced healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Experience in NHS, community healthcare or complex care settings would be an advantage.
