Job summary

MCS Healthcare in Billingshurst is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide clinical and compassionate care. The role includes administering medication, monitoring health observations, and offering general healthcare support to individuals with complex needs.

• At least 1 year of support worker experience.
• A Full UK driving licence.
• Safeguarding Level 3.
• A DBS registered on the Update Service.
• Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training.

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time | Part-time | Flexible Zero-Hour Contracts

The Role:

Shifts:

• 12 hours Monday to Sunday days

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for compassionate and capable support Worker who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you’ve worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you’ll feel right at home with us.

Role Requirements:

• At least 1 year of support worker experience
• A Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 3
