Job summary

MCS Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for Chingford to provide high-quality, person-centred care in the community. The role includes supporting individuals with complex needs, administering medications where required, and monitoring health observations.

Shifts are flexible and include days and nights; a driving licence and DBS update service are required. The role offers a supportive team and ongoing training in a CQC-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of care experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Safeguarding Level 3
• PMVA training
• DBS registered on the Update Service
• Valid Manual Handling and Basic Life Support training

What We re Looking For

We re seeking compassionate, experienced Healthcare Assistants who are confident supporting individuals with complex care needs and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of care experience
