Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Worcestershire. The role focuses on helping customers live independently and feeling valued, with practical support to improve daily lives.

You’ll work as part of a caring team, ensuring respect and safety in all interactions. Working in Worcester and across Worcestershire, you’ll contribute to a 24/7 supported service, including weekends and shift rotations, with enhanced disclosure and a driving requirement.

The practical bits

• Permanent, part time (25 hours per week)
• You'll work as part of a 24-hour, four-week rolling rota, including your share of weekends, evenings and sleep-in shifts.
• Our 24/7 supported service operates between 7:00am and 11:00pm, with a sleep-in shift, and many colleagues choose to work condensed 12.5-hour shifts.
• You will be based in Worcester but you'll also be expected to provide cover across our supported services in Worcestershire, including Kidderminster, as required.
• You need an enhanced disclosure with barring list (we pay for this).
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes (we pay for mileage).
