Job summary

Home Group Limited in Worcestershire is seeking a part-time Support Worker to help customers live independently and stay connected. You’ll provide daily care, practical support, and a respectful, person-centred approach to adults with mental health needs.

You’ll work a 24/7 rolling rota including weekends and evenings, with enhancements and benefits such as a health cash plan and pension contributions. A Level 2 Diploma in Care or equivalent is required, driving is beneficial.

The practical bits

• You’ll work as part of a 24-hour, four-week rolling rota, including your share of weekends, evenings and sleep-in shifts.
• Our 24/7 supported service operates between 7:00am and 11:00pm, with a sleep-in shift, and many colleagues choose to work condensed 12.5-hour shifts.
• You will be based in Worcester but you'll also be expected to provide cover across our supported services in Worcestershire, including Kidderminster, as required
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes ( we pay for the mileage)
