Voyage Care in Liverpool's Norris Green is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help people gain independence and improve quality of life. You will work in a dynamic team at Walker Lodge, delivering daily living support, social activities, and community outings within an ABI‑focused residential service.

• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Encourage and enable access to local communities and activities.
• Support individuals in socialising, meals, outings, and appointments.

Support Worker – Norris Green, Liverpool - £12.72 ph

Typical Shifts are: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 15:00, 15:00 - 22:00, 08:00 - 22:00 working alternate weekends

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) Residential service, Walker Lodge in Norris Green, Liverpool is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local restaurants or attending appointments, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
