Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for its Sanderling House ABI service in Formby. The role is 35 hours per week with shifts from 8am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 8am, requiring flexibility across weekdays and weekends. You will help residents gain independence, support activities, and promote daily living skills in a supportive team.

DBS checks and references will be required. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of a sector-leading organisation.

Support Worker (35-hours per week) - Formby - £12.72 per hour
Shifts are Monday to Sunday: 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm, 10pm - 8am
Staff have to be flexible to work ALL of the above - weekdays and weekends

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service, Sanderling House in Formby is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local restaurants or attending appointments, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
