Priory Eden House in London is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant and Support Worker to guide clients through daily activities and recovery-focused programs. You will support daily living, contribute to care plans, and help residents achieve personal outcomes in a compassionate, professional environment.

Full Time 37.5 Hours. 11.5 hour shifts.
As an experienced support worker, you will guide clients through daily group sessions, evening recovery-focused activities and psychoeducational workshops. Each element is designed to help clients develop practical coping strategies, build resilience and reduce their responses to everyday triggers.

NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or related area or equivalent or higher recognised qualification. GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths. N.B. It is not anticipated that all new recruits to the role will have NVQ2 qualification but will commence the attainment process within six months of joining and will have a specific time period in which to qualify.
Experience of working in a related environment is desirable.
