Our first step once you have applied, is a brief values evaluation. It highlights the qualities that matter in our work and helps both of us see whether the role is a good fit.
Currently supporting 4 people with severe learning disabilities, severe autism, epilepsy and mobility needs. Support includes personal care, medication administration, community access, meaningful activities, social engagement, hospital/medical appointments, health-related tasks, promoting independence and wellbeing, and ensuring the service remains safe and compliant with required standards and regulations
Experience is important: You should have experience supporting people with severe learning disabilities, severe autism, epilepsy, mobility needs and complex support needs, including personal care and medication administration.
You need strong practical skills: You must be confident supporting behaviours that may challenge, communication needs, health appointments, community activities and meaningful engagement, while maintaining consistent routines.
High standards are expected: You must be reliable, professional and proactive, able to follow support plans and risk assessments, keep accurate records, safeguard people, work effectively as part of a team, and contribute to a safe, person-centred and compliant service.
Full driving licence mandatory. Weekend, weekday, sleep-in and waking-night availability preferred. Seeking mature, reliable and professional candidates, availble to start immediately
