The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Wallace of Campsie House Lifehouse in Glasgow. You will support residents to build confidence, develop independence and make positive life choices.
You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to promote choice and independence, assess needs, review plans, manage risk and help clients access services within a busy team.
Working hours: 35 hours per week (please note that full time is 40 hours)

As a Support Worker, you will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support that promotes choice, control and independence. You will work with clients to identify their needs, agree and review support plans, manage risk, access services and achieve positive outcomes.
We are looking for someone organised and committed to supporting vulnerable people with dignity and respect. You will have good communication and IT skills, the ability to work under pressure, and the confidence to use your initiative within a busy team environment.
