Careline Lifestyles - Lanchester Court is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support in a residential setting in Gateshead. You will help residents build independence, follow care plans, and participate in daily activities within a supportive team.

The role emphasizes dignity, inclusion and strong relationships with residents, families and professionals. Full training and a 7-day induction are provided on site.

Qualifications

• You don't need years of experience. Your attitude, compassion and willingness to learn matter most.
• Previous care or support work experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Full training is provided, including our 7-day fully paid induction programme through Careline Academy.

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to the people living in our service, helping them build independence, achieve their goals and enjoy everyday life.

You could be supporting someone with their daily routine, accessing the community, taking part in activities, developing life skills or simply providing reassurance when they need it.

You will be responsible for:
