Job summary

Real Life Options in Forfar, Angus is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes. You’ll work full-time across flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and waking nights, to help individuals make choices and live independent lives.

Key duties include medication administration, personal care, meal prep and social inclusion, with training provided. An Enhanced PVG is required; drivers preferred.

  • Experience is desirable but not essential; full training is provided.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and nights.
  • Enhanced Adult PVG is required.

What We’re Looking For

Experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided. What matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and commitment to delivering quality support.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can follow detailed support plans

  • Communicates clearly and respectfully

  • Has a warm, approachable, and friendly manner

  • Is flexible, reliable, and self-motivated

An Enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role.
