Job summary

Dimensions Group is seeking a Support Worker to assist five adults in Ash Vale/Mytchett (GU16), with shifts across early, late and weekends. The role focuses on promoting independence, daily living skills, and meaningful activities within a warm home environment.

You'll work as part of a dedicated team, providing compassionate support, building relationships, and helping residents participate in outings, meals out, crafts, and holidays while ensuring safety and well-being.

Full or Part Time Contracts Available (between 22.5 - up to 45 hours per week)

Shift Patterns: Mixtures of earlies/lates/alternate weekends

The current payrate of £13.14will be increasing to £13.61 per hour on 1st October 2026

You’ll be working in a warm, friendly home supporting five adults (2 ladies and 3 gents) aged 40–70, each with learning disabilities and their own personalities, routines, and interests. You’ll be part of a team that helps them live the life they choose.

• Scenic drives - especially for one lady who enjoys the journey as much as the destination
