Cygnet Hospital Derby is seeking confident Support Workers to help people in our care. You’ll work 38.5 hours weekly across day and night shifts, with a two-week rota (33 hours one week, 44 hours the next). The role provides extensive benefits and on-site perks, plus DBS clearance is required.

You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week, (day shift 7.30am – 8pm and night shift 7.30pm – 8am) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Derby.
Shift patterns are 2 weeks of working day shifts and 2 weeks of working night shifts (rota includes week 1 x 33 hours per week and week 2 x 44 hours per week).
Cygnet Hospital Derby provides low secure and mental health rehabilitation care based on the Recovery Model. Our integrated male care pathway includes Litchurch Ward, our low secure ward, and the Wyvern Unit, our mental health rehabilitation service. Alvaston Ward, our specialist female personality disorder service, is one of the leading services of its kind in the East and West Midlands.
