Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker for Cygnet Lodge Salford. The role is full time, 42 hours per week with 12-hour day and night shifts, located at Cygnet Lodge Salford, supporting women with a primary mental health diagnosis in a high-support inpatient setting.

Applicants should be genuinely driven, excellent communicators, and able to work in a team. DBS checks will be required. Competitive benefits and apprenticeship opportunities are available.

Please note, due to an occupational need, we are only considering female applicants.

You'll be workingfull time, 42 hours a week (12 hour day and night shifts),making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Lodge Salford.

Cygnet Lodge Salford is a high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women. The service supports 24 individuals with a primary diagnosis of mental illness, but they may also have a complex secondary diagnosis, including a personality disorder.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
