Job summary

Strathleven Care Home is seeking a dedicated support worker to provide compassionate care to residents, following individual care plans with politeness and warmth.

You will preferably have prior care experience and must obtain an SVQ qualification within the required timescale for registration purposes. The role is 36 hours per week across three shifts, with no sponsorship visa available.

Qualifications

• Must obtain SVQ qualification within required timescale for registration purposes.
• Candidates may have prior care experience; training will be provided where needed.
• No sponsorship visa available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of care following individual care plans.
• Maintain polite, friendly, warm and supportive contact with residents.
• Assist with daily living tasks in a compassionate manner.
