About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a range of care and support needs, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to service users.
• Assist individuals with their daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Support service users with their emotional and social wellbeing.
• Assist with mobility and safe moving and handling procedures.
• Follow individual care plans and support plans.
• Support service users with appointments, activities, and community access.
• Maintain accurate and confidential care records.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Report any concerns, incidents, or changes in a service user's condition to the appropriate senior staff.
• Work effectively as part of a care team and communicate professionally with colleagues, service users, and families.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UK care/support work experience - essential.
• Valid and up-to-date DBS - essential.
• Valid Moving & Handling training certificate - essential.
• Previous experience working in a UK care home, supported living, residential care, or similar setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• A compassionate and respectful approach to supporting vulnerable adults.
• Right to work in the UK
