Job summary

Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support workers to support clients in the Wiltshire area. This is a temporary, ad hoc role to cover staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays, following support plans to ensure person-centred care and promote independence and choice in daily living.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends with flexible hours around your availability, plus induction and refresher training and on-call support.

• Experienced Support Worker with care background.
• Ability to follow a support plan and document care.
• Commitment to person-centred care and independence.

Shifts here are 08.00 sleep 08.00

Job Role:

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.

• Weekly pay from £13.00-£14.00 per hour, shift dependent!
