Job summary

Care connection is recruiting experienced Support workers to assist clients in the Wiltshire area, specifically near Bradford-on-Avon. You will support four ladies with learning difficulties, helping with daily living tasks and developing new skills.

Shifts run 07:00–22:00 with sleep-in shifts possible. We offer weekly pay, holiday accrual, and a perks-at-work scheme covering shopping, holidays, health and wellbeing. Flexible hours across days, nights, weekends, and induction training provided.

Qualifications

The shifts here are between 07.00-22.00 and sleep in shifts may also be required.

Job Role

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an

adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.

Weekly pay from £13.00-£13.50 per hour shift dependent!
