Care connection is recruiting experienced Support Workers to support clients in the Wiltshire area. You will deliver care within adult health or social care environments, assisting with daily living tasks and skills development, and may work one-to-one or with a team of other staff as needed.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends with flexible hours around your availability. Weekly pay is provided, plus holiday accrual, a perks at work scheme, induction and refresher training, and on-call

Care connection are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Wiltshire area.

Job Role:

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with an adult or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.

Weekly pay from £13.00 - £14.00 per hour, shift dependent!
