Care Connection is recruiting experienced Support Workers to assist our clients in Wiltshire. The role involves supporting children with SEND and mental health needs, learning difficulties and autism, helping them access activities and build confidence.
Shifts run 07:00–22:00 with waking nights and sleep-ins available. You will follow a care plan, work with one child or with a team, and may work at home, in the garden, or in the community. Induction training is provided.

Job Role:
A Support Worker is required to deliver support within a children's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills. The tasks may be one to one with a child or with other support workers or health professionals, they may be provided within the home and garden itself or outside in the community, equipment may be required for moving and handling or health tasks. A support plan on site must be followed for completion of tasks, safety, client communication and any end-of-life instruction where relevant.
