Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support workers to support clients in the Wiltshire area. This is a temporary, ad hoc role to cover staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays, following support plans to ensure person-centred care and promote independence and choice in daily living.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends with flexible hours around your availability, plus induction and refresher training and on-call support.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced Support Worker with care background.
• Ability to follow a support plan and document care.
• Commitment to person-centred care and independence.

Aufgaben

• Deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks or development of new skills.
• Work one-to-one or with other staff or health professionals in home, garden, or community settings.
