Job summary

CCH is seeking care professionals for complex care roles in Detling near Maidstone. You will provide PEG feed assistance, intermittent catheter care, medication administration, and monitor seizure activity.

Two dogs in the home; driving licence with own vehicle required due to location and transport links. Training and DBS support are provided, with opportunities for progression and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills required.
• A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Experience in intermittent catheter care is advantageous.
• Suctioning machines experience is advantageous.
• Seizure management and rescue packs knowledge is advantageous.

Location: Detling

Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.75 per hour

Shifts Available: 2:1 Days & Nights (8 am - 8 pm | 8 pm- 8 am) 2-3 Shifts Per Week

Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical location of the role

Job Description

What you'll do

• PEG feeds (PEJ)
• Intermittent Catheter Care
• Medication Administration
• Monitoring the client's condition for seizures.
• Using moving & handling equipment.

Also please be aware that the client does have two dogs in the home and loves anyone who has a bubbly personality, keen to wear bright clothing and is a very clear communicator.

Qualifications

What you’ll need

Experience in the following would be extremely advantageous for your application:

• Intermittent catheter care.
• Suctioning machines.
• PEJs
• Seizure management and anti-seizure medication, rescue packs etc.

The only essential requirements is as follows:

• Clear Communication Skills.
• A full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, due to the location and transport links.
