Job summary

CCH, Maidstone Complex SCP, part of CCH, is seeking compassionate care workers to support a young person with Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay and PICA in Sheerness. You will provide person-centred care, personal support, infection prevention and consistent supervision to ensure safety at home and in the community.

The role offers a rewarding environment with a supportive team, full induction training, DBS coverage, and clear progression into senior and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential for this position prior to interview.
• Knowledge of Autism or ADHD.
• Ability to read social cues of non-verbal clients.
• Ability to interpret body language or use PECS.
• Consistency, emotional resilience and ability to build trust.

What you'll do

We are supporting a young gentleman in his teens with Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and PICA, and are looking for a compassionate, reliable individual with strong emotional resilience to join our established team. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will provide person-centred care, including personal care support, infection prevention and control, and consistent supervision to ensure his safety and wellbeing at all times, both at home and within the community. This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while working within a supportive and experienced team environment.

What you'll need
