Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a compassionate care professional to support a young gentleman in his teens with Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay and PICA. You will deliver person-centred care, personal support, infection prevention and continuous supervision to ensure safety at home and within the community.

Previous complex care experience is essential. You will work with a supportive team, enjoying training, career progression, and opportunities to relocate within CCH

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Knowledge of Autism or ADHD.
• Ability to read social cues of non-verbal clients.
• Ability to interpret body language or use visual aids such as PECS.
• Consistency, emotional resilience and the ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care including personal care support.
• Maintain infection prevention and control.
• Provide consistent supervision to ensure safety and wellbeing at home and in the community.

What you'll do

We are supporting a young gentleman in his teens with Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay, and PICA, and we’re looking for a compassionate, reliable individual with strong emotional resilience to join our established team. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will provide person-centred care, including personal care support, infection prevention and control, and consistent supervision to ensure his safety and wellbeing at all times, both at home and within the community. This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while working within a supportive and experienced team environment.
