Lowry Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Support Worker in Cwmgwrach, Neath SA11 5TP. This permanent, full-time role pays £13.45–£13.75 per hour, with sleep-ins at £57 per night where applicable. A full UK driving licence is essential. We support adults with complex needs in our community homes.

The home has 5 service users. The role features a fixed shift pattern, guaranteed hours, and overtime where available. You will assist with community access, appointments and daily activities in their vehicles;

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in social care is required.
• A caring nature and willingness to develop new skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for community support.

Our priority is to improve and maintain the quality of life for the adults in our care. This home has 5 service users, some who have challenging behaviours.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• 6 Months minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Ideal).

• Full UK Driving Licence – Essential. You are required to support individuals with community access, appointments, and daily activities (in their vehicles).
