Pharmacyupdate is seeking a dedicated care assistant in Pembroke Dock, Wales to support adults with complex needs in community homes. You will contribute to personal care plans and maintain high standards of care, while promoting dignity and respect for residents.

Shifts include 39 hours on days (full-time) and 35 hours at night (4 nights on 4 off). A full UK driving licence is ideally required to assist with client transport.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in social care.
• Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Overseas candidates must have at least 18 months left on their Visa.

39 Hours on Days - Full Time - You will ideally have a FULL UK Driving Licence - due to using clients vehicles. Shifts are working between 08.00am-22.00pm (Includes alternative weekends).

- 35hrs a Week - NIGHTS FULL TIME - Working 4 nights on 4 off, 8pm 8am works out at 35 hours contract per week.

You will be tasked with assisting with the resident s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

6 Months minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Ideal not essential).

Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.

Full UK Driving Licence (Ideally)

If you are an overseas candidate you must have at least 18 months left on your Visa. (ie Post Study or Dependant)
