We arerecruiting a Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team atForestry House, a newly refurbished five-bedroom residential service set in arural location near Neath. The service has been recently updated to provide awarm, modern and comfortable environment for both the people we support and ourstaff.

Key Responsibilities

As aSupport Worker, you will:

What We'reLooking For

ThisSupport Worker role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable and confidentbehind the wheel. No previous experience is required - full training isprovided.

You musthave:

• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• Confidence driving as part of daily support duties
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work a rota including waking nights and weekends
• A willingness to learn and develop while supporting individuals.

Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. We cannot accept applications from Student Visa holders or candidates requiring sponsorship or sponsorship transfers. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.

This roleinvolves regulated activity with adults and requires an Enhanced DBS withbarred list check.
