Job summary

Priory Daffodil House in Pontypridd, South Wales, is hiring a Support Worker to join a residential service for adults aged 18–65 on the autistic spectrum with complex needs. Roles include day or night shifts at Daffodil House, with a starting rate of £13.75 per hour.

You will support residents with personalised care plans, working with qualified staff to promote wellbeing, dignity and recovery in a compassionate team environment.

Full Time/Part Time

Daffodil House are looking for Support Workers to work either Nights or Days at our service

Priory Daffodil House is a residential service in Pontypridd, South Wales. We provide support to males and females between the ages of 18 and 65, who are on the autistic spectrum who may also be presenting with complex needs.

We aim to help residents create and achieve goals, in order to lead a fulfilled and enriched life.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
