Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Support Worker at Caerlan Farm in Llantrisant, South Wales. The role is full-time/permanent with a compassionate team supporting eight residents with autism, in a rural setting.

You will assist with personal care, implement care plans, support activities, and help residents achieve their goals while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Training is provided and development opportunities are available.

Support Worker

Compensation: £13.75 / hour

Salary - £13.75 per hour
Full Time/Part Time – Hours

Caerlan is located in Llantrisant, Rhondda Cynnon Taff, South Wales. Our home offers residential support for eight males and females who are autistic. The house is surrounded by countryside, a short distance from the town centre.

The town sits between the rivers Ely and Clun and derives its name from the three saints, St Illtyd, St Dyfonwg and St Gwynno, with 'trisant' meaning 'three saints'. Here at Caerlan, we want all the people we care for to live happy, fulfilled lives, whilst doing the things they choose to do in a safe environment.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
