I am a lady in my mid forties who is looking for a patient and proactive Support Worker to help me build confidence, develop everyday skills and enjoy more independence both at home and in the community. I live with my wife, two cats and a small dog, I have some daily mental health challenges including anxiety and I am also neurodivergent. I also experience some physical health issues due to my fibromyalgia. At times, I can find it difficult to leave the house without support, so having the right person alongside me could make a real difference.

The right Support Worker will be calm, compassionate, reliable and non-judgemental, with an understanding of anxiety and neurodiversity. You will need to be patient with an understanding of the importance on routine and good timekeeping.
