Job summary

Liaise is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and help provide a happy, purposeful life for our service users. We offer full-time day shifts, with training and support provided; having your own transport is beneficial due to the location of the setting.

You will assist with daily tasks, accompany social visits and keep precise paperwork for residents. We value safeguarding, clear communication, and strong planning.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and safeguarding responsibilities seriously.
• Effective decision making and judgement.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks.
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions.
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home.
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

• Full time days shifts available
