Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live independently at home and within their local community. You will provide consistent support to the same individuals, assisting with daily routines and personal care in a respectful, person-centred way.

Role covers medication support, meal preparation, transport and enabling participation in activities and trips. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and offer both full-time and part-time opportunities at the St.

The Role of a Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Ensuring you have the same people to support on a daily basis
• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
