Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a person-centred team supporting a client in the Upton area and covering hours at Clarence Park Village.

You will provide one-to-one support, assist with personal care (including hoisting) and meals, and work closely with family to maintain consistency of care while promoting independence and wellbeing.

About the role

Radis Community Care is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a person-centred team supporting a client in the Upton area, aswell as covering hours at our main site Clarence Park Village.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful one-to-one support relationships and providing consistent, respectful care that promotes independence and quality of life.

About the individual you'll be supporting

You will be supporting a client who requires hoisting, PEG feed, and some other nursing tasks. All training will be provided.

Shift pattern

• 7am-5pm (shift times can be split up if preferred e.g. 9am-12pm , 3pm-5pm)
• Alternating weekends required
