Job summary

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care & Support Worker, you'll support adults in supported living services to live independently, confidently and safely.

Your role may include:

• Providing compassionate support to clients with mental health & wellbeing needs empowering them to fulfilling and independent lives
• Supporting our clients with daily living skills and household tasks
• Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing
• Supporting our clients to access education, employment and community activities
• Assisting with appointments and social outings
• Encouraging positive mental and physical health
• Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
• Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support

Essential Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to obtain an Enhanced Adult Workforce DBS Check

Desirable not essential

• Health & Social Care Qualification (Level 2 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in care, support work or customer-facing roles
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Access to your own transport for business use
