Compassionate Care Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers for our Carrington-based Supported Living Scheme. Full-time roles on a rolling rota are available, with a focus on empowering adults with complex needs to live independently and with dignity.

You will provide high-quality support, engage clients in activities, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment that promotes wellbeing and inclusion.

• Assist with daily routines including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings.
• Provide personal care where required.
• Offer companionship and support during social activities and outings.
• Prepare meals and assist with medication as needed.
• Light cleaning and household duties to maintain a safe environment.

About the Support WorkerRole

We currently have full-time positions available on a rolling rota

As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences.

Our clients vary from the elderly to adults with leaning difficulties and you will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.

The role will be extremely varied, here's a few ideas of what you might get up to:

• Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings
• Providing personal care to those who require it
• Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym.
• Preparing meals
• Assisting with medication
• Light cleaning and household duties

The essentials for a Support Worker are:

• You will have a kind nature and good communication
• Good listening skills and a willingness to learn

• You will need to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, person centred values, energy and commitment to providing an exceptional quality service
