Keys Group is seeking a Female Support Worker for our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Callington. You will assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, promoting independence and life skills while supporting daily routines and healthcare needs.

Please note we require a Female Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement for the people we are supporting making this position exempt from the gender discrimination rule Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Callington provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries We work in partnership with Local Health Professionals such as social workers, community nurses, and specialists such as Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. Person Centred Planning Our staff support each person to create a person-centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan.
